For the short term rentals, we require a security deposit of one (1) night’s rent at the place of choice. This will be to secure your booking and cater to any damages done if any after your stay. If there are not any damages, your deposit will be returned within 7 days. If there are, you will receive your deposit less cost of repairs.
This Deposit is NOT applied toward the rent cost.
