- Any booking made less than 14 days prior to Check-In will require Full Payment (100%) within 7 days of the booking.
- There is no penalty for cancellations before we receive your Full Payment.
- After we receive full Payment, there is a 5% fee for cancellations at least 24 hours prior to Check-In.
- Last Minute cancellations less than 24 hours prior to Check-In will be charged for at least one night of rental.
